Snap RunTerms of Service
In short: Use Snap Run responsibly, pay for the services you request, and understand that final pricing may adjust based on what your vehicle actually needs. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Snap Run LLC — please read them before using the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Snap Run, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Description of Service
Snap Run lets you request vehicle service pickup, track the status of that service, review pricing, and pay — all from your phone. We coordinate pickup, service, and return of your vehicle based on the details you provide.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must provide accurate account and vehicle information
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use Snap Run
4. Service Requests & Scheduling
When you submit a service request, you'll receive an estimated cost based on the services selected. Once we've inspected your vehicle, we may set a final cost that differs from the estimate — for example, if additional work is recommended. You'll always be shown the final price and asked to accept it before any additional charge is made.
5. Pricing, Payment & Cancellation
- Payment is collected through Stripe once you accept a final price
- You may cancel a request before it's confirmed or paid for at no charge
- Once a request has been paid for, cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at the email below
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false information about yourself or your vehicle
- Use Snap Run for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app or its underlying systems
- Abuse, threaten, or harass Snap Run staff or service personnel
7. Intellectual Property
The Snap Run app, logo, and related content are owned by Snap Run LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.
8. Disclaimers
Snap Run is provided "as is." We do our best to schedule and complete service accurately and on time, but we don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't guarantee specific outcomes for any vehicle service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snap Run LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to Snap Run is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Snap Run will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Snap Run and delete your account at any time from Settings.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Snap Run after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
